How Can bradycardia Along With Tingling In The Fingers Be Treated?

I have a normal resting heart rate in the low 40s. Had a popliteal aneurism removed about two years ago. Was always tripping the below 40 alarm on the monitor while sleeping in the hospital and can hit low 40s and mid to high 30s regularly now at home. Also have tingling of fingers and hands while sleeping - usually on the high side (semi-fetal sleeper). Can eleviate this by lying flat on my back for a few minutes. Fingers are actually tingling now while typing this on an iPhone. Current heart rate is 48 bpm and BP is 106/60 - tingling went away while doing wrist style BP cuff. Now coming back while tiny typing. No drugs legal or otherwise. Diet mediocre with very little meat at the moment. Trying to get of American meat food chain. Whaddayathink?
